Miss Relay for Life Rules and Requirements

1. Girls competing in the Miss Relay for Life pageant must live or go to school in Indiana or Ohio.
2. Category of competition is determined by the contestants’ age as of May 1^st of competition year. (Little Miss 6-8 year olds, Junior Miss 9-13 year olds, Miss 14-17 year olds)
3. All contestants must turn in their fundraising on or before specified date to be counted towards her score.
4. Contestants must submit the required $50 entry fee to be eligible to compete.
5. If chosen as a winner, the contestant must represent the Relay for Life Pageant in a tasteful manner.
6. If chosen as a winner, the contestant is expected to return to the pageant the following year to crown her successor.
7. If the winner is found to have represented Miss Relay for Life in a negative way, it is the decision of the directors if the winner will keep her title. If she is found unable to keep her title,the first runner-up will be given the title.
